Location Manager
The Location Manager is responsible for the location and all activities that occur within the location. The Location Manager focuses on all aspects of business including customer satisfaction, fiscal responsibility, process efficiency, employee safety, and employee development. The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 with Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and PTO offerings. Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Hire, train and supervise all employees at the facility
- Implement, monitor and maintain the company safety program
- Ensure that all seed meets all quality specifications
- Implementation of the Quality Management System (as it applies to their location) and responsibility as the Location’s ISO Management Representative.
- Communicating overall business and location strategy to location employees
- Ensures that all customer needs are met in the timeframe and quality requested
- Ensuring adequate staffing of location to meet customer needs and business needs
- Continued process improvement
- Conduct annual reviews for all full-time employees
Requirements
- A 4-year college degree in Agriculture preferred but no mandatory
- Agricultural background is beneficial
- Computer skills required, advanced skills preferred
- Understanding of seed production or minimum of four years of related experience
- Excellent communications skills with positive attitude
- Employee team building skills
- Attentive to detail and accuracy
- Well organized
