Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Bartender.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain bar supplies and requisition items as needed, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient beverage service area.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of liquor types, recipes, prices, glassware, and garnishes to provide accurate drink preparation and recommendations.
- Accurately manage cash handling procedures, including proper discounting, MICROS system operation, bank procedures, and tip policies.
- Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs, maintaining positive guest relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and providing excellent service experiences.
Requirements:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.

Training and Development:
