Job Responsibilities
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for maintaining bar supplies, including preparation of daily requisitions as necessary.
- Must be familiar with all types of liquor, recipes, and prices of drinks, proper glassware used for each recipe, as well as garnishes needed.
- Know drink recipes, prices, and types of beverages available.
- Accurately charge guests for drinks and manage cash handling procedures, including proper discounting, MICROS system, bank procedures, and tip policies.
Requirements
Communication Skills:- Effective verbal and written communication skills to communicate with guests and associates.
- A high work ethic and self-initiative to work in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
The ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
