Hourly Pay Rate: $16.50Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled and efficient individual who can maintain bar supplies, including preparation of daily requisitions as necessary. They must be completely familiar with all types of liquor, recipes, and prices of drinks, proper glassware used for each recipe, as well as garnishes needed.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of drink recipes, prices, and types of beverages available.
- Accurately charge guests for drinks and manage cash handling procedures, including proper discounting, MICROS system, bank procedures, and tip policies.
Requirements
