Remix is "eater-tainment" in Manchester, NH with a bar & restaurant with a huge roller rink inside. Opened in 2024.

Summary of Position

A REMIX Server sets the mood for our guests! Servers duties include providing strong customer service through difficult circumstances to ensure guest satisfaction through their visit. A strong server will work as a team with colleagues from the Rink, and within the team to ensure a positive experience for guests through time constraints & capacity transitions. This person is responsible for keeping their day-to-day operations on pace and to expectations, all while maintaining a positive morale and team environment. Training is a large part of our operations, so patience and building mentorships is pivotal for continued success in this role. For our guests, our Servers answer questions, react quickly, and maintain a proactive approach to customer service and hospitality.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to:)

*Maintain positive attitude *Verify identification and age requirements of customers *Mix traditional and creative cocktails *Process payment from customers *Clean glasses and bar utensils *Maintain efficient and bar to high standards of cleanliness *Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences *Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits *Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift *Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere *Strong attention to detail *Ability to switch tasks quickly and effectively *Greet customers with a smile *Ability to take direction with little follow up *Ability to work independently *Take a leadership role in all aspects of operations *Answer questions quickly and accurately to our standards *Take a positive, respectful approach to delegation *Lead by example *Communicate consistently with store manager and ownership

Cleaning Requirements (same requirements of ALL levels of employees at REMIX)

*Maintain bathrooms *Replace trash barrels *Maintain family bathroom/changing areas *Restock cleaning supplies *Mop and sweep large sections *Life, move, reposition furniture to ensure cleanliness *Scrub-clean various surfaces *Have work be inspected routinely for optimal results

Physical Requirements:

*Ability to be on feet continuously during shift *Ability to lift 40lbs consistently *Ability to jump, crawl, slide through equipment for safety checks *Ability to work on hands and knees *Ability to speak clearly and confidently *Ability to climb ladders

Qualifications

*Prior experience as Server *Have leadership qualities *At least 18 years of age *Ability to pass a background check with no concerns *Reference check(s)

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $12.00/hour.
