What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Manager position at Remnant Management?
Property Management company accepting resumes for the position of "Site Manager" to handle the day-to-day operations of the apartment complexes and coordinate all on-site leasing responsibilities.
This is a 40 hr. per week position. Work hours are from Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm, in the Hickory/Statesville/Taylorsville area.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the physical and operational integrity of the property
- Process prospective tenant applications
- Manage tenant Move-Ins, yearly re-certifications, notices, and occupancy level
- File and go to court hearings for lease violations and non-payment of rent
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Follow and adhere to the Fair Housing Rules and Regulations
Skills
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Customer focus and bottom line orientation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Property management experience preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
