Property Management Company is accepting resumes for the position of "Trash Out Team". The position is full-time, year-round, with FT benefits.
The position is manual labor and requires a valid driver's license and clean background.
Responsibilities
- Removing furniture from abandoned residential apartments and dumpster areas.
- Removing excess trash/large items from properties and hauling it to the local landfill.
- Operate pickup truck with a trailer.
- Navigate assigned routes efficiently while ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed effectively and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment both on-site and within vehicles.
Experience
- Experience in hauling a trailer is a plus!
