Field Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, including project scheduling and budgeting. This role requires effective communication with team members, subcontractors, and clients to maintain project flow and address any issues that may arise on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks while coordinating with various teams.
• Utilize construction management software for tracking project progress, resources, and documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to blueprints.
• Collaborate with project managers on budgeting and construction estimating to optimize resource allocation.
• Oversee subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure all contractual obligations are met throughout the duration of the project.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including changes in scope or schedule adjustments.

Skills

• Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Familiarity with construction management software for efficient project tracking.
• Experience in project scheduling to manage timelines effectively.
• Knowledge of construction estimating practices for accurate budgeting.
• Understanding of pipeline construction processes and related contracts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
