Responsibilities
- Qualifying prospects for presentation appointments.
- Taking customer calls and providing accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
- Managing the lead flow for all salespeople.
- Contacting homeowners to confirm their appointments.
- De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
- Collaborating with other call center professionals to improve customer service.
- Documenting all client interaction and communication.
- Making outbound calls to follow up on all inquiries.
Qualifications
- Customer service and phone experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
- Great active listening skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
- Computer literate and experience in data entry, MS Outlook, MS Word.
