What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver position at REMODEL USA?
Job Overview: Complete various physical labor tasks in support of workers on a project or jobsite as directed by the Renovation Manager. Tasks must be completed within scheduled timeframes and to the quality standards set forth by company and client expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with moving supplies.
- Load Supplies from local warehouse to deliver to each job site.
- Maintains regular contact with the Renovation Manager to ensure project tasks are being completed timely and in accordance with client and company standards.
- Ability to travel locally, as needed, between multiple job sites.
- Ensures quality control meets company and client expectations
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Renovation Manager.
- Able to work over-time and weekends as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience in the Multi-Family Construction industry or Renovation Construction is (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our companies’ policies, procedures, and techniques
- Work well on a team and individually
- Must have a valid drivers’ license and reliable means of transportation
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a variety of physical positions which include, but are not limited to, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and walking, requires mobility and flexibility to work in confined spaces, ability to lift, carry or otherwise move or position objects
- Able to lift to 70 pounds and assist others with objects weighing more
