The Project Manager’s Assistant will help track project schedules, communicate with clients and subcontractors, manage job site logistics, and ensure all documentation is up to date. This is a hands-on support role with opportunities for growth within the company.

✅ Assisting the Project Manager in tracking project timelines, budgets, and material orders to keep jobs running smoothly.
✅ Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and work completion.
✅ Managing job site documentation, including permits, contracts, change orders, and inspection reports.
✅ Communicating regularly with clients, keeping them updated on project progress and addressing any concerns.
✅ Proactively identifying and resolving minor project issues before they escalate.
✅ Helping maintain efficiency and productivity by keeping track of schedules, tools, and job site needs.
- Support the Project Manager in overseeing multiple remodeling projects by handling administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinate and confirm subcontractor schedules, ensuring job sites are fully staffed as needed.
- Monitor job site progress, updating project tracking systems and reporting delays or challenges.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries in a professional manner.
- Manage documentation, ensuring all necessary permits, contracts, invoices, and job-related paperwork are organized and accessible.
- Assist in material procurement, verifying orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring correct materials are on-site when needed.
- Keep track of job costs and budget updates, supporting accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations on all active job sites.
✔ Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, both verbal and written.
✔ Proficiency in project management software, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools (or willingness to learn).
✔ Basic understanding of residential remodeling (construction experience is a plus but not required).
✔ Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the Project Manager.
✔ Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in paperwork and project tracking.
✔ Strong ability to work under pressure, managing tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Previous experience in construction, remodeling, or project coordination preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education in construction management is a plus.
- Driver’s license required, as occasional job site visits may be necessary.

- In-office and on-site work required, with some flexibility in scheduling.
