Join our dynamic team as a High-Ticket Estimator and play a key role in driving growth and closing high-ticket remodeling deals. As a seasoned sales and estimating expert, you will be responsible for developing accurate estimates and proposals that drive profitability.
You will consult with homeowners, conducting in-home and virtual consultations to educate them on our process, pricing, and craftsmanship. Your goal is to close $50K - $500K remodeling projects with a 40-50% close rate.
You will also work closely with our project managers and trade partners to ensure accurate job costing, maintaining project gross profit margins of 40% . Your proposals will be clear, professional, and transparent, guiding clients through the decision-making process.
