Job Description
We are seeking one Success Team Member to work in our Jacksonville, FL offices, to assist with client support tickets and building websites. You will write HTML and CSS code, build digital images, and build websites on our proprietary car dealership website management portal. You’ll be coordinating with our team, third-party vendors, and our clients to fulfill their website change requests. Relevant experience will come from your work in fields such as website design, customer service, web development, and computer programming.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for completing client requests and communicating with them over the phone and through our support ticketing system. Many of the requests are simple and quick, however you will be expected to be able to take on larger projects and build entire websites on our platform.
This role oversees Remora’s client websites. Change requests must be managed well by setting realistic expectations, doing good work, and updating stakeholders as soon as projects are completed or expectations change. We serve car dealerships with refined taste and high expectations. Projects must be completed on time and any changes to the schedule must be communicated immediately. The Success Team Member we are looking for will be responsibility for managing themselves and expectations for assigned deliverables. You will abide by strict quality control measures, and you must have a strong understanding of proper website infrastructure and design. You must be able to communicate and co-ordinate well with our managers, software developers, and the owner.
We offer paid holidays and four weeks of paid time off in the first year. Remora administers a health insurance program and pays 75% of the cost. We also pay for 100% of your dental, vision, and disability insurance, and we provide a supplemental life insurance policy. The work environment at Remora is laid back and fun. - Troubleshoot inventory feed issues with clients and third parties
- Be reliable, honorable, and punctual to work in our Jacksonville FL offices
- Mastery of HTML and CSS
- Previous experience designing websites
- Ability to finish projects and communicate well with management regarding timelines
