Patient Enrollment Representative
At Remote Care Partners (RCP), we believe in leveraging technology to enhance helathcare by connecting patients and care managers through remote monitoring and chronic care programs. We are looking for a dedicated Patient Enrollment Representative to engage with patients and help enroll them in our healthcare programs.
As an Patient Enrollment Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for patients during enrollment campaigns. You will conduct outbound calls to patients who have received ourtreach through letters, text messages, or emails explaining the benefits of Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management programs. Your role is critical in ensuring patients understand and enroll in these valuable healthcare services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop an understanding of the healthcare paractice you are working with, including physicians and care teams.
- Conduct outbound calls to patients as part of practice enrollment campaigns.
- Clearly explain Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management programs and their benefits.
- Assist patients with enrollment and activate them in the RCP system
- Notify the Nurse Division upon successful patient enrollment.
- Make a minimum of 80 dials per day to ensure campaign targets are met.
- Handle incoming calls from the campaign queue efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
Experience:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent telephone ettiquette and professionalism.
- The ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Sales and persuasion skills.
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace.
