Remote Care Partners (RCP) is a leading provider of population health services and virtual health solutions designed to support healthcare organizations (HCOs) in delivering high quality care. RCP partners with HCO's to implement innovative care programs that enhance patient outcomes and streamline care delivery.
Remote Care Partners is seeking a skilled and high-performing Territory Manager to join our team. The role is critical in expanding RCP's presence within healthcare organizations across the city. The candidate must have a proven and demonstrable track-record of delivering results, to drive sales growth for our remote patient monitoring and chronic care management services. The successful candidate will have experience selling technical solutions into primary care physician clinics as well as hospital owned clinics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Conduct outreach & engage with healthcare organizations (HCOs) to introduce RCP's population health and virtual care services
- Schedule and facilitate discussions and presentations with HCO decisionmakers to explore partnership opportunities
- Distribute and present marketing materials that highlight the benefits and feature of RCP's care programs.
- Conduct daily visits to healthcare practices and HCOs to assist with business development efforts and implementation processes.
- Guide HCO decision makers through the process of signing key documents, including the Master Services Agreement (MSA), Business Associate Agreement (BAA), Treatment Plan, and acquiring EMR credentials.
- Work closely with the New York based sales team to support field activities, including coordinating meetings with clinical staff and training office staff on patient enrollment procedures.
- Ensure sufficient inventory of enrollment materials and Health Watch devices at all partner locations.
- Train office staff and new hires on patient enrollment procedures and the operation aspect of RCP's programs.
- Educate clients and HCO staff on specifics of RCP's virtual care and health programs
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination during implementation of care programs; coordinate efforts to ensure cohesive service delivery and problem solving.
- Provide daily update reports on activities and feedback from activities to improve service delivery and partnership outcomes
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong understanding of population health services, virtual care, and the healthcare ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel daily to visit multiple HCO locations
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office software
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- University degree and 3-5 years of professional sales experience in healthcare.
- Experience with patient enrollment procedures and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
