Data Entry Clerk
Position Summary:
The Data Entry Clerk provides support to various departments by creating, processing, reviewing, and maintaining orders and estimates.
Key Responsibilities and Functions:
- Enter new and updated customer and project information.
- Enter quotes and orders into the ERP accounting software.
- Use resources provided to compile and sort information.
- Confirm accuracy of the information in the ERP software by returning documents with incomplete information and entering complete information once received.
- Identify materials that do not have codes in the system, and request they are added by purchasing or manufacturing.
- Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.
- Maintain files linked to transactions.

- Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn additional programs quickly.
