What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Provide high-quality service to customers and sell new lines of coverage
  • Cross-sell within the existing book of business and manage a team
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the insurance company and clients
  • Guide and oversee support staff responsible for processing transactions
  • Develop and track annual business goals to increase sales and retention

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Minimum of 15-20 years of work experience in insurance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to exercise good judgment
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Current California Department of Insurance License
  • 10 years of experience in the insurance field
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
