What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

Ensure successful business outcomes for customers, leading to retention and expansion by collaborating with account teams

Develop and maintain relationships with customers to align with their business needs and drive full platform adoption

Identify opportunities for further integration of Tanium solutions into customer processes to enhance ROI

Manage data activities and create artifacts to support customer adoption and value realization

Contribute to Executive Business Reviews and internal practice development efforts to enhance the Customer Success function

What is Required (Qualifications) :

BA / BS degree or equivalent experience preferred

8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Service Management, preferably in a SaaS model

Proven consulting and project management skills with experience in building strategic relationships

Working knowledge of endpoint technology and major business outcomes relevant to a CIO

Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

Tanium Certified Operator or Administrator (nice to have)

Experience managing customer relationships in a federal or SLED context

Demonstrated ability to drive business value and outcomes for customers

Eagerness to learn about technology foundations and become a technical advisor on the Tanium platform
