What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Hire, train, and manage a team of Federal DoD Enterprise Account Executives
Develop Account Executives for career growth within the Box Sales organization
Support the team in customer on-sites, calls, and meetings
Report on sales metrics and forecasts to Senior Sales Management
Motivate the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
What is Required (Qualifications) :
5 years of closing experience selling to large, complex enterprise organizations
3 years of managing and leading a successful Federal sales team
Prior success in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales management in the Federal DoD space
Experience with RFI / RFP response at scale, including government technology tools for finding and sourcing contracts
Proven successful track record of exceeding quotas
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Experience partnering with SIs and consulting firms to position multi-product solutions across specific use cases or agencies
Excellent communication, business acumen, organizational, and time management skills
Robust Salesforce analysis and reporting and forecasting skillset
