What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Drive the full sales lifecycle from planning to closing new business within the Digital Native segment
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of leads while understanding customer goals and challenges
  • Lead, support, and coach the Digital Native sales team to exceed revenue targets
  • Craft and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting digital native companies
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to refine go-to-market strategies

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, cloud, or infrastructure software sales
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Manager and / or Team Lead role
  • Strong familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Experience selling highly technical solutions, particularly with Kafka, Pulsar, or similar technologies
  • Strong understanding of networking, event-driven architecture, and data streaming systems
