What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Design, implement, and optimize systems, tooling, and processes for the Sales and Customer Success organization
Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B systems strategy that enhances customer experience
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and system efficiencies
Oversee the implementation and optimization of sales systems, ensuring quality and transparency
What is Required (Qualifications) :
Extensive leadership experience in sales operations, systems management, or a related field in a global B2B environment
Strong understanding of sales processes and systems, including CRM platforms
Excellent leadership and team management skills focused on developing talent and driving performance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Experience in project management and change management is a plus

Proven track record of success in fast-growing B2B environments
Familiarity with data and enrichment vendors
Experience with CPQ solutions
