What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Develop and execute a comprehensive account management strategy to strengthen client relationships
Serve as the primary executive liaison for major accounts, ensuring alignment between client goals and capabilities
Drive revenue growth and retention by identifying account expansion opportunities and ensuring renewals
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing account management team focused on customer-centric values
Analyze account performance metrics to identify trends and proactively offer tailored solutions
What is Required (Qualifications) :
10 years of experience in account management, client success, or strategic partnerships, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
5 years of experience in the logistics or transportation industry
Proven experience in a high-growth startup environment
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in using data to drive decisions and account strategies
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with Fortune 500 companies in logistics, transportation, or supply chain solutions
