What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Set and execute the strategic vision for the Direct Dedicated Sales team, ensuring alignment with company-wide revenue objectives
  • Empower and manage high-performing sales teams, focusing on employer acquisition
  • Oversee performance, hiring, and development of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, improve team performance, and drive growth
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance sales tactics and operational efficiency

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant sales experience with at least 7 years managing sales teams
  • Proven track record of growing sales-led businesses in a leadership role
  • Strong mathematical mindset with excellent data analysis skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Passionate about Gusto's mission and capable of inspiring and motivating teams
