What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Manage the sales and customer support team across the Americas, serving as a senior partner in the management team
  • Monitor and report on all sales activities and results, preparing annual sales budgets and quarterly forecasts
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities and market segments to increase sales growth
  • Select and mentor appropriate sales staff to ensure smooth growth in line with company objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in the territory

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of 10 years of significant experience in senior-level sales
  • Strong business and finance background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain excellent personal relationships
