What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Manage the sales and customer support team across the Americas, serving as a senior partner in the management of the territory
Monitor and report on all sales activity and results, preparing annual sales budgets and quarterly year-end forecasts by customer, product, and territory
Explore and develop new business opportunities and market segments within the territory to increase sales growth and maximize market potential
Select and mentor appropriate sales staff to ensure smooth growth in alignment with company objectives
Foster strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications) :
Bachelor's degree in related disciplines; MBA is a plus
Minimum of 10 years of experience with significant experience in sales at a senior level
Strong business and finance background
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to establish and maintain excellent personal relationships
