What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

Manage the complete sales process from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and achieving revenue targets

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through a consultative solution sales process

Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, and Executive teams for account management

Track customer information, forecasts, and reports using Salesforce to ensure accurate data

Build and maintain prospect and customer lists using strategic marketing data and other sources

What is Required (Qualifications) :

At least 5 years of quota-carrying SaaS experience, particularly in public sector sales

Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills

Strong technical knowledge of Content Services Platforms (CSP) and / or Intelligent Process Management (IPM)

Ability to develop relationships and work extensively at the executive level

Enthusiastic about contributing to digital transformation in the public sector

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

Experience in enterprise sales is highly preferred

Proven track record of building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline

Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Resilient and confident with a proactive approach to prospecting

Interest in startup environments and digital transformation initiatives
