What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Lead the adoption of employer products by working directly with physicians and healthcare providers in an assigned territory
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive market growth and product adoption
Mentor and guide Associate Sales Consultants (ASCs), providing training and support
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and decision-makers in the pulmonary field
Accurately track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
What is Required (Qualifications) :
Proven track record of success in medical or diagnostic sales with demonstrable achievements in exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior team members
Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree preferred)
4 years of successful sales experience, specifically in medical or diagnostic territory sales
Valid US driver's license and a driving record in compliance with company standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Sales experience in pulmonary, oncology, or related fields is highly desirable
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
