What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Oversee and motivate a team of Greenfield Enterprise Account Executives to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic revenue plans and growth tactics
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and partners
  • Communicate the value proposition effectively through proposals and presentations
  • Coach and develop sales fundamentals for Account Executives, including prospecting and negotiation tactics

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in high-growth SaaS sales leadership
  • At least 4 years of experience translating technical products into business value for C-Suite executives
  • Proven track record of achieving personal and team sales goals
  • Strong ability to influence and empower team members
  • Bachelor's degree required

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Experience leading a hybrid inside / field sales team
  • Familiarity with selling against open source or freemium models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in C-Suite presentations
  • Willingness to travel as needed
