What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Lead the monitoring of all-source information to identify and assess risks and threats in the Americas
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on geopolitical, economic, and security developments in the region
  • Produce timely intelligence reports and threat assessments tailored to client needs
  • Mentor junior analysts in intelligence collection and analysis best practices
  • Conduct assessments of international security risks related to travel and operations

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Master's degree in political science, international affairs, economics, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in intelligence or risk analysis focused on the Americas
  • Proficiency in reading and speaking Spanish; Portuguese language skills are beneficial
  • Demonstrated experience in developing written analytical products from ideation to publication
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills, with experience in handling confidential information

  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in an intelligence production environment
  • Experience living or working in a foreign country
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to incomplete information
  • Familiarity with leveraging technology for research and analysis
