What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Act as the primary client liaison, managing various aspects of program management and client support
  • Conduct yearly business reviews with corporate partners to assess program value and identify growth opportunities
  • Analyze customer health metrics and feedback to understand partner sentiment and improve satisfaction
  • Maintain ongoing updates and documentation through Salesforce and internal communication channels
  • Develop presentation materials for internal and external meetings

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer success and / or client services role
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 10%)
