What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Lead and oversee the National HQ Account team and brokers to drive sales across key national and regional retailers
Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts, developing promotional and display plans to achieve brand and volume objectives
Manage trade spending for efficiency while overseeing relationships with brokers, beverage distributors, and wholesalers
Leverage data and insights to conduct analyses that increase market share and optimize shelf positioning
Collaborate with Marketing to implement shopper marketing plans with key retailers
What is Required (Qualifications) :
Bachelor's degree with 10 years of proven sales leadership in account management, including 5 years managing key retail accounts
Deep experience in Grocery and at least one other retail channel (Club, Mass, Natural / Specialty, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and experience working with industry data sources
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with a successful track record in joint business planning
Proficiency in MS365 and technology for strategic planning and execution
