What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Manage and grow current accounts while building strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Generate new revenue and memberships through referrals and prospecting efforts
  • Oversee the overall client experience and collaborate with Account Management for seamless service
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and ensure quality assurance standards are met
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, preferably in private aviation
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a strong service-oriented attitude
  • Proven negotiation skills and experience working in the region
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
