What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Drive sales growth in North America by managing and developing sales operations
Develop strategic relationships with customers and maintain accurate forecasts
Define and own the go-to-market (GTM) plan for sales, ensuring alignment with objectives
Collaborate with production and engineering leadership to align sales forecasts with production plans
Regularly travel to strategic customer and partner sites to enhance relationships and close sales
What is Required (Qualifications) :
15 years of senior sales leadership experience in the electrical components industry
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business (MBA preferred)
Proven track record of success in sales within the construction space, including AWP, Material Handling, and Electric Vehicles / Machinery
Strong financial acumen and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel up to 50%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Experience generating 8-figure sales deals within the AWP market
Proven success in growing sales organizations and developing multi-year strategies
Strong background in the process valve industry, catering to EPC contractors, OEMs, and End-Users
