What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives

Manage and lead a team of Sales Directors to ensure optimal territory management

Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level customers

Prepare and present regular sales insights, forecasts, and performance analysis to the executive leadership team

Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and address challenges

What is Required (Qualifications) :

Bachelor's Degree

15 years of experience in sales, consulting, or a relevant industry

Experience leading and scaling a sales team, ideally in the professional services space

Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Ability to engage clients at all levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

Graduate degree preferred but not required

Experience in building cross-functional relationships and partnerships

Thrive in a highly-entrepreneurial and demanding environment
