Overview
We are seeking a skilledAdministrative Support person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills. They will be comfortable communicating with patients over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Technical support calls with the patients/practices.
- Inventory management for any remote devices clients receive.
- Device retrievals from patients/practices.
- Weekly meetings with reports of device retrievals.
- Documenting patients' profiles of actions taken.
- Sending devices to patients/practices.
- Filling out end-of-day reports of activities performed for the day.
- Responding to emails in a timely manner.
- Creating labels/return labels for patients/practices.
- Testing devices to ensure they function properly.
Experience
- Strong communication skills.
- Time management.
- Organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
