Position Overview :
As the Senior Recruitment Consultant for Remote People in the US, you will be responsible for launching and developing the business from scratch in the US market. Your primary focus will be business development—acquiring new clients and building lasting relationships. Additionally, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, ensuring the successful placement of candidates within client organizations.
You will be the first hire in the US, giving you a great opportunity to grow, develop the region, and potentially lead the US team as the company scales. This is a key entrepreneurial role for someone passionate about recruitment, with a strong business acumen, and a hunger to drive success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development :
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients across the US market.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to overseeing the hiring process and successful placement.
Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Take ownership of developing the Remote People brand in the US market.
Key Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing, preferably in an agency setting.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills able to connect with clients and candidates at all levels.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to build and scale a business from the ground up.
Deep understanding of recruitment strategies, market trends, and client needs within the US.
