POSITION OBJECTIVES:
This position will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition in Los Angeles and will primarily support the recruitment of support staff for client accounts in Raleigh-Durham, Boston plus several other East Coast cities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Work with Director of Talent Acquisition, HR Leadership and Operational leadership to determine staffing needs
- Work with HR/Talent Acquisition and Operations to draft relevant and realistic Job Postings
- Review resumes and screen candidates (directly and with support) systematically and objectively to identify suitable candidates
- Schedule interviews for Account Managers and plan/host Hiring Events when needed
- Conduct interviews and train Hiring Managers using Hiring Guide
- Assist with Interview training for new hiring managers in assigned stations
