What are the responsibilities and job description for the Storage Facility Maintenance position at Remote Storage Solutions?

The Facility Maintenance is responsible for the following:
*Performing a weekly walk through to ensure unit status matches reports.
* General clean up of the property to include light landscaping
* Cleaning of vacant units (preparing them for rental), hallways, restrooms, dumpster area
*Place and/or remove overlocks
*Photograph property condition and upload to cloud drive
*Level I maintenance; i.e., changing light bulbs, roll up door repair, cut locks, gate repair etc
This position involves and requires the following:
8-10 hours per week
Customer Service skills
Must have reliable transportation with valid driver's license
Having own tools is a plus
Working with a tablet - Technology Friendly
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects by working independently with little supervision
May be required to be outside for extended periods of time during inclement weather
Must provide References
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
