Position Overview :
We are seeking a part time detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Intake Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients interested in our tax return preparation services, all-in-one accounting services, and tax consultations. You will guide clients through the process, collect necessary information, and provide them with a clear understanding of how we work. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting Zoom calls with clients, sending quotes, and ensuring a smooth transition into the appropriate service package.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Consultation : Schedule and conduct Zoom calls with potential clients to discuss their needs regarding tax return preparation, all-in-one accounting services, or tax consultations.
- Information Collection : Gather all necessary information from potential clients to ensure we can provide accurate quotes and create tailored service plans.
- Explain Services : Provide a clear explanation of our service offerings, including the process, timelines, and what clients can expect.
- Quote Preparation : Work closely with the sales team to create and send personalized quotes to clients based on their specific needs.
- Client Onboarding : Facilitate a smooth transition for new clients, ensuring they understand the next steps and feel confident in our services.
- Customer Service : Offer exceptional customer service, answering any questions or concerns clients may have before they commit to our services.
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, information collected, and quotes sent using our CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive).
