Experience Needed: '14; Experienced leading teams within B2B SaaS environment
'14; Stakeholder management experience at an Enterprise level '14; Technically credible/background within software engineering/technology
'14; Experienced in leading engineering function of 10-50 people, including directly managing Tech Leads '14; Comfortable diving into architecture reviews, code discussions or debugging with team
'14; Passion for best engineering practices & embedding security principles
'14; Strong personal interest in impact-driven/ethical work '14; All round good egg! Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Owning/building/setting the Engineering Culture 🔹 Line Management of 5 Tech Leads & coaching the wider engineering team 🔹 Setting the ongoing technical vision & architecture
