Job Overview
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care as part of a dynamic healthcare team at the Cass Lake Clinic.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
- Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of patients.
- Document a thorough medical history from patients.
- Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
- Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and utilize appropriate age and population-specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting.
Requirements
- Must have graduated from a school or college of nursing program leading to licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Associate's degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Specific services/positions may have additional education, training, or experience requirements.
- Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility.
