Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and present top-quality candidates for our clients' positions.
- Utilize social media and cold-calling techniques to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (Manatal or similar).
- Proven experience in finance or agency recruiting.
- Strong track record of meeting hiring goals and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy and able to navigate various online platforms.
- High energy, self-motivated, and willing to go the extra mile to fill roles quickly.
