Opportunity:
REMSA Health is looking for an EMS Manager to oversee the ground operations department. This position makes administrative level decisions including policy and procedure development and interpretation, hiring and discipline per established procedures, and staffing/scheduling decisions. This position focuses primarily on ALS/ILS ground operations and works with the Director of Operations, and operations team on the overall goals of the organization, including other departments within the Company.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Current nationally registered Paramedic (NREMT-P)
• AHA ACLS, PALS, & CPR/BLS Provider, ITLS or PHTLS (upon hire)
• Three (3) years high performance EMS service experience required.
• Supervisor experience required, manager experience strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships for employee coaching and development
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
