Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the ceramic substrate industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and promote our products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the ceramic substrate or PCB industry, or related microelectronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of the ceramic substrate market and its applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
