Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the ceramic substrate industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and promote our products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the ceramic substrate or PCB industry, or related microelectronics industry.
- Strong understanding of the ceramic substrate market and its applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
