Pay : $28.85-$38.50
Start Date : ASAP
Schedule : Monday – Friday business hours
Duties
- Develop strategic change management initiatives that ensure system implementations and business process updates are smooth and effective
- Create engaging user training programs, process documentation, and interactive guides that empower employees to adapt with confidence.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identify gaps, and implement process improvements that boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate business processes into clear, user-friendly training materials and communication plans.
- Monitor process adherence, track adoption rates, and provide data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making.
- Partner with IT teams, management, and stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions with minimal disruption.
- Identify challenges, suggest process enhancements, and drive continuous improvement in change management strategies.
