We are seeking an experienced Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) with expertise in Retail and Specialty Pharmacy , including prior authorizations, appeals, denials, and provider education.
Field-based role covering the Jacksonville-Tallahassee, FL territory
Key responsibilities : Territory management, training provider office staff, and navigating complex reimbursement challenges
Must have experience with :
Prior authorizations, benefits investigations, appeals & denials
Medicare & Medicaid knowledge, including local payor landscape
Navigating access challenges when PHI is unavailable
Escalations, commercial co-pay approvals, and patient assistance programs
Staying updated on drug policies, FDA indications, and reimbursement changes
