Market Manager
We’re looking for a results-driven Market Manager to lead marketing strategies, campaigns, and team operations. This role involves overseeing digital and traditional marketing efforts, analyzing market trends, and driving growth through targeted initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for in-store and online channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with procurement and eCommerce teams on forecasting and strategic planning.
- Manage and mentor marketing staff, including remote and contract teams.
- Oversee advertising, promotional campaigns, and social media initiatives.
- Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effective marketing efforts.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on strategy and revenue growth.
- 3 years in a leadership role managing teams and marketing processes.
- Strong background in digital and traditional media, ad copywriting, and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
