RemX by Employbridge has partnered with their law firm client with their search for a Sr. Commercial Litigation / eDiscovery Paralegal. This is a hybrid position, three days in the office and two days remote. The ideal candidate will have eight plus years of commercial litigation, eDiscovery and excellent technical skills. This position is in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities :
- Advanced proficiency with technology such as Microsoft Office, Kofax Power PDF Advanced, iManage, and database management / administration systems.
- Experience with performing document reviews and providing case management and transcript management support using software such as Case Notebook, Relativity, or an equivalent software package
- Extensive experience with the EDRM process
- Court filings, assembling exhibits and appendices
- Communicates with clients and outside entities, such as vendors and other law firms
- Communicates with various court and agency personnel to ascertain information regarding status of motions and application; confirm conference and hearing dates online and with court personnel
- Maintains the firm calendar and docket
- Maintains case file by utilizing the firm’s electronic database
- Perform social media collections using PageVault, X1 social media or an equivalent software package.
- Supervises, trains, and mentors the junior paralegal and case assistant.
