Responsibilities:
- Maintain corporate general ledger including fixed asset accounting
- Manage month-end journal entries and GL Accounting
- Perform bank and balance sheet and corporate account reconciliations
- Prepare and submit month/quarter/year-end analyses
- Assist with external audit and corporate tax preparation and filings
- Assist with preparation of corporate financial statements by monthly fixed deadlines
- Improve and maintain internal controls and processes
- Provide support for ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with min 3.0 cumulative GPA are required
- Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Effective with multi-shifting priorities in fast paced environment
- Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Must reside within 50 miles of the Nashville, TN HQ for occasional in office work
- MUST have strong Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite with outstanding technical skills
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
