Admin Parts & Service Clerk
Pay Range : $20-$22 per hour DOE.
Type : Contract to Hire
Hours : Monday-Friday 8a-5p- 100% in office
The Admin Parts & Service Clerk is responsible for preparing completed service orders for final billing by ensuring accurate invoicing, updating tech notes, and verifying parts and billable time. This role collaborates closely with Service Coordinators, the Parts Department, and the Service Billing Clerk, and will provide coverage for absenteeism as needed.
Responsibilities of the Admin Parts & Service Clerk :
- Assist with warranty and non-warranty service calls.
- Dispatch service technicians and support customer inquiries.
- Prepare and close out service orders with accurate billing and warranty information.
- Perform inventory controls and maintain high-quality standards.
- Complete parts orders for delivery or pickup.
